Lakeside Energy from Waste (EfW), SLOUGH

London Building Control provided Approved Inspector advice on the installation of a mezzanine floor for offices and storage at the facility in Colnbrook, Slough. The Lakeside EfW is the largest facility of its kind in England. It incinerates residual waste, and since 2010 it has also been authorised to incinerate low-level radioactive waste.
