Transformation of St Margaret’s School

The redevelopment of the former
St Margaret’s School in St Leonard’s which will see the Grade II and Grade II*
listed buildings transformed into high-quality, energy efficient homes will
provide a mix of 38 high-quality apartments and three individual townhouses and
will set a new benchmark in sustainability for period homes.

The project is estimated to
take two years to complete. Each property at St Margaret’s has a unique floor
plan with distinctive period features incorporated into a contemporary, open
plan look.

The redevelopment of St
Margaret’s is expected to be completed in 2021.
