London Building Control Ltd are pleased to announce that our application to the Building Safety Regulator (BSR) to register as a Building Control Approver has been successful.
Our registration is valid from 06 April 2024 until 05 April 2029.
Particular work that the RBCA registration has effect in relation to:
- All building control work including continuing to deliver the building control function for higher-risk building work under Regulation 46 of The Building (Registered Building Control Approvers etc.) (England) Regulations 2024.
- Details of our business name, address, BSR-regulated activities we can provide, and any conditions will be published on the public register for England.
- By confirming the declaration in our application, London Building Control Ltd have agreed to comply with the Building Safety Regulator’s professional conduct rules (PCRs) and operational standards rules (OSRs).
Registration as an RBCA replaces the approved inspector register run by CICAIR.
