We would like to invite you and your colleagues to join our webinar on “Proposed changes to The Building Regulations – an update from MHCLG “ in aid of our amazing NHS staff and volunteers working tirelessly to care for Covid-19 patients.

Alan Stokes will present an introduction to the proposed changes to The Building Regulations 2010 and The Building Act 1984 and the regulatory framework.  The presentation will give an overview of those changes which are currently published and those which the industry is preparing for subject to notification from the MHCLG.

Alan is an experienced and qualified member of the LBC team. With over 35 years Building Control experience, including approx. 20 years running a successful Building Control Surveying department he has provided expertise and advice on a variety of projects.   In addition, Alan has provided regular training sessions specialising in Fire Safety and Accessibility to a variety of audiences, including the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Local Authority Building Control (LABC) and the Fire Authority.

Informal and friendly, the session will start at 12.30pm and last about an hour.

CPD certificates are issued by the presenter, following each session.

The event is free and London Building Control will donate £10 to NHS Charities COVID-19 Urgent Appeal for every delegate that attends.
