London Building Control are proud to have provided the Building Control advice in relation to this new build luxury dwelling which has been shortlisted for the 2023 RIBA (Royal Institute of British Architects) South West Awards.

The 1.4 acre plot sits at the edge of a small village with protect woodland and views across the valley to the south. The property has a 1.5m wide verandah which wraps around the entire building creating a series of routes through and around the building providing a sheltered space from which to view the garden and water.
