There were various parts to this development consisting of two new semi-detached dwellings and the conversion of a 4-bedroom house into 4 flats. All fitted with modern kitchens, zoned heating on each floor, the spacious bedrooms, bathrooms and walk in rain head showers give these properties a luxurious touch. The properties also had private parking spaces to the front with fencing along the boundary.
