This change of use project transformed the existing building into a new type of family-focused venue aimed at keeping children entertained, stimulated and active whilst providing parents/guardians with opportunities for coffee, food, exercise, co-working spaces, and a variety of fitness classes. The multi-functional space includes a jungle gym and soft play centre, a cinema room, creche, studio classes, gym studio, co-working space and café/kitchen amongst other uses.

LBC are proud to have been involved with this project and to have provided the Building Control advice and support.
