ROWBOTS GYM, FITZROVIA, LONDON

This project was transformed from a scruffy basement car park in Fitzrovia, London into a spectacular mindful rowing gym. Co-founded by footballer Gareth Bale, clients are offered 45 gruelling minutes of instructor-lead, interval training to build physical strength and mental resilience.

LBC are pleased to have provided Building Control advice on this project and congratulate the Rowbots Team, and the Sarah Mannerings Studio who were responsible for building the entire brand experience.
