LBC were the Building Control body overseeing the plan checking and approval of the refurbishment works including removal of existing arches,  the installation of new steel beams, the installation of new aqua board cladding to walls and ceiling, new underfloor heating and porcelain floor tiles, and new mechanical and electrical works.

Works commenced in January 2021 and as they progressed LBC oversaw various stages of the refurbishments to ensure the site works were meeting the minimum requirements of the Building Regulations and good construction practise were achieved.  The Final Certificate was issued in May 2021.
