St. Peters and St Paul’s , Battersea, SW11

We were appointed as the Building Control service provider on a new mixed use development. The site owned by the Diocese of Southwark comprises the demolition of all existing buildings together with the erection of 69 residential units (including a new vicarage) a new church and community building that will include a 320-seat worship space, offices, kitchen and community cafe with a basement car park for 56 vehicles.

St Mary’s of Eton, Hackney Wick, London

We provided Approved Inspector services on the construction of a large mixed use development; including a new vicarage, community centre, and creation of a number of affordable and luxury flats.
