Jemstock 2, Canary Wharf, London - Change of use to Hotel – construction of 206 serviced apartments, 2 floors of services, offices and ground floor café.
Lakeside Energy from Waste Plant, Colnbrook, Slough - Installation of mezzanine floor for offices and storage with 60 min fire rating at incinerator facility.
Windmill Road, Croydon - Demolition of garages - excavations, alterations and extensions involving conversion of existing building, altering existing commercial units, provision of 7 separate flats and erection of 2 x 2 bed semi-detached dwellings.
Shell UK – Wickham, Fareham - Demolition of existing sales building extension, due to car impact damage and rebuild identically from DPC up.
Medina House, Silbury Boulevard, Milton Keynes - Conversion of first to third floor office space into flats and the extension of the fourth floor and an additional fifth and sixth floor added to make a total of 86 flats.
Exeter International Airport - Internal alterations to Airport Security Area, business lounge, W/C and construction of external canopy to arrivals building to provide covered external queuing space – Exeter, Devon.
Galliard Homes, Pershore Street, Birmingham - New build 379 apartments and 10 commercial units.
Exeter Science Park Ltd – Exeter, Devon – A variety of new build office blocks on this developing commercial retail park.
