LBC were the Building Control body overseeing the plan checking and approval of the extension and alterations to the existing garage, and the re-build and extension on this prestigious property.
Works commenced in 2018 and as they progressed LBC oversaw various stages of the construction to ensure the site works were meeting the minimum requirements of the Building Regulations and good construction practise were achieved. The Final Certificate was issued in 2010.
