We worked with Y2K Construction Ltd on the internal alterations to remove of a non-supporting brick wall, rebuild stud work to create disabled toilet and shower/wet room, 3 x cubical shared toilets, new smoke detectors, light extractor fans and decoration throughout.

London Building Control provided Approved Inspector advice on the installation of a mezzanine floor for offices and storage at the facility in Colnbrook, Slough. The Lakeside EfW is the largest facility of its kind in England. It incinerates residual waste, and since 2010 it has also been authorised to incinerate low-level radioactive waste.

We provided the Building Control approvals and inspections for the sensitive renovation and refurbishment of The National Trust owned 18th century Rainham Hall. The project involved the main house, lodge and stable block which are all Grade II* listed.
